Service providers and sensitive information

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, database, notification and backend services. Amazon Web Services stores uploaded media and supports media processing. Selected images, videos, chat messages, AI image prompts, reports and support requests are processed to provide the requested features and handle safety issues.

Didit processes identity documents, document details, selfies, liveness checks and biometric face comparisons when age or identity verification is required. Documents may include your name, birth date, address, nationality and document number. Verification results and session references are associated with your account. Verification data can be retained by Didit under its service configuration; these checks are not treated as transient camera access. Contact us about verification data or deletion, and review the provider notice shown in the verification flow before proceeding.

AI image generation and editing send your prompt and, when selected, your reference image to OpenAI through our backend. Do not submit another person’s private images or sensitive information without permission.

Agora carries real-time audio and video calls. Qxottic does not enable cloud recording of calls. Agora processes live streams and retains operational information such as device, network and connection diagnostics to deliver the service.

Apple or Google handles in-app payment details. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts, subscription history, entitlements and account identifiers for membership functionality and subscription analytics. Qxottic does not receive your full payment-card details from these store purchases.

Sentry processes crash reports, performance measurements and diagnostic breadcrumbs. Reports can be linked to your Qxottic account identifier. App screenshots are disabled in crash reporting. The iOS review release does not use advertising attribution or cross-app advertising tracking.

Retention, choices and international processing

Account and service records are retained while needed to provide the app. Deletion requests remove active account data and initiate provider cleanup; safety, fraud-prevention, legal and recovery records can remain where needed. See our Data Retention information for the differences between active records, conversations, backups and provider records.

You can edit optional profile fields, change device permissions, disable discovery, block or report members, and request account deletion in the app. You can also use our account deletion page or contact support@qxottic.com. We may verify account ownership before processing access, correction, export or deletion requests.

Qxottic and its service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Access is restricted to providing the service, handling support and safety, and meeting applicable obligations. Contact support@qxottic.com for questions about providers, international processing or your privacy rights.
