Making a request
You can request access, correction or deletion through in-app Help & Support or support@qxottic.com. Describe your request and use the email associated with your account where possible. Do not send passwords or identity documents by email.
Account verification
We may need to confirm account ownership before disclosing or changing personal information. Some requests can be limited by legal obligations, safety investigations or the rights of other users.
